Terms of Service

Last updated October 20, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Cubecen ("Cubecen", "we", "us") for using cubecen.com, the dashboard at app.cubecen.com, and the Cubecen platform (the "Service"). If you use the Service for an organization, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.

Cubecen is not yet incorporated. Until it is, the Service is provided by Ismail Aki, the founder of Cubecen, an individual based in Poland (29 Listopada 3C/3, 00-465 Warsaw, Poland), and "Cubecen", "we", and "us" refer to them.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The Service

Cubecen builds, deploys, runs, and observes the applications and workloads you give it, which we call cubes. Features marked "Soon" or "Direction" on our website describe work in progress or plans. They aren't commitments, and they may change or not ship.

Accounts

Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account and for the members you invite to your organization and the roles you give them. Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.

Your content

You own your code, data, models, and everything else you put on Cubecen (your "content"). You give us permission to host, copy, build, run, transmit, and display your content only as needed to provide the Service to you. You're responsible for having the rights to your content and for making sure it, and how you use the Service, is lawful.

We don't monitor or track the data that goes through your models or the AI gateway, and we don't use your content to train our models.

Acceptable use

Don't use Cubecen to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy;
  • host or spread malware, phishing, spam, or content that exploits or harms others;
  • attack, probe, or overload other systems, our infrastructure, or other customers;
  • mine cryptocurrency, or run workloads designed to get around plan limits;
  • access other customers' data or cubes, or try to get around security controls;
  • resell the Service without our written agreement.

We may remove content or limit workloads that break these rules.

AI providers and third-party services

When you call a third-party AI provider from your app (or, once it launches, through the AI gateway), or connect services such as GitHub, those providers' terms apply to what they receive and return. You're responsible for complying with them, including any limits on how their outputs may be used.

Plans, limits, and billing

The Free plan is free. Paid plans are priced per organization per month, and their prices include compute within each plan's limits.

As a free promotion, Starter is free for an organization's first year on the plan and Pro for its first six months, counted from the day the organization chooses the plan. Cubecen reserves the right to cancel these free promotions at its discretion.

Each plan has limits, such as the number of cubes and the memory per cube. Work that goes beyond them may be refused until you change plans. Once billing launches, fees are charged in advance and aren't refundable except where the law requires. We'll give you notice before changing prices or plan limits.

Enterprise plans are covered by a separate agreement, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.

Availability and support

We work to keep Cubecen available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service unless you have a separate agreement with a service level commitment. We may perform maintenance and change or discontinue features, and we'll give notice of material changes when we can.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Cubecen and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use creates a security or legal risk, or if we're required to by law. Where it's reasonable, we'll warn you first.

After your account is closed, we delete your content as described in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you need before you close it.

Disclaimers

Apart from what these terms expressly say, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Cubecen isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Indemnity

You'll defend and compensate Cubecen against third-party claims that arise from your content or from your use of the Service in breach of these terms or the law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms.

Transfer to a company

When a company is formed to run Cubecen, we may transfer these terms, your account, and the Service to it. Your rights under these terms stay the same, and we'll tell you before the transfer takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Warsaw, Poland. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory laws where you live or your right to bring a claim there.
